Got to celebrate New Year's Eve at an apartment hotel on a budget! The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. The location was not too far from the happening areas, and taxis were cheap enough to cover the distance. The apartment had a beautiful view of the city and a spacious balcony ideal for watching the fireworks.

The apartment was not in the center of the city, and it was challenging to walk there. The area felt a bit deserted and not safe for walking, particularly at night.
